Group energy has the ability to raise our body frequency higher and quicker than meditating alone. This group will meet once a week to sit in meditation for 45mins. We will meditate to music.
Meditation has many great beneifits. It slows our monkey mind and allows us to raise are frequency. It helps reduce stress, improve sleep issues and reduce anxiety.
The emphasis of the meditation is to raise your vibrational state which can benefit all areas of our lives.
