Our meditation group meets every Friday in a loving and peaceful environment that refreshes and renews.
This group is for anyone wishing to meditate with others. We welcome all ethnic backgrounds, religions and gender identities and expressions. This meditation group is for those who simply wish to achieve deep relaxation, manage stress/anxiety/depression, or for those who walk the path of spiritual growth. It is you who decides what the meaning of your meditation is.
These classes are for everyone, from beginner to advanced. There is nothing to bring but an open heart, so wear comfortable clothes and be prepared to enjoy the evening. We all lead busy lives, and even the best intention to meditate can get lost once in a while. Joining in with a group in meditation can also help to make you more committed to your practice.
