With the group sessions, you will be brought on an experiential journey of mental wellness improvement and maintenance. Every week, based on a fusion of hypnotherapy techniques and principles of mindfulness, you will be guided through common issues encountered as part of urban living – issues such as stress management, insomnia, handling negativity, breaking bad habits and emotional empowerment.

The sessions should get you started on the path towards taking ownership of your own mind wellness, and to show you how better mental and emotional wellbeing can improve so many different aspects of daily living.

This group is also perfect for the "You" who is looking for something relaxing and healing after a hard day of work apart from the usual shopping/feasting/workout routine, an insightful stress-detox session that will break your work week and re-wire yourself to your 'best' state of mind.

The city lifestyle may seem highly stressed and demanding at times. This group hopes to offer a form of "blissful haven"; something that is fun but nourishes the mind and self at the same time. The world will be so much better!

It will be fun, insightful and stress-free.
