This group is for people looking for a guided meditation practice (Yoga Nidra) for deep relaxation, healing, stress management and personal transformation. During each session, students will be guided through breathing exercises, body scan meditations, and visualization techniques. Yoga Nidra has been scientifically proven to reduce the symptoms of diabetes and regulate sugar levels, improve menstrual problems, and help relieve PSTD in soldiers. It is a gateway practice to accessing deeper states of meditation.
