Ellison Park Hike

Sunday December 1, 10 a.m.

Moderate 4-5 mile hike.

Meet at the T-junction near Hazelwood Lodge in Ellison Park north off Blossom Road.

    Thanks everyone for coming out today! The weather and turnout were both great! 48 total. Thanks Derek for sweeping and Bob for pitching in on that 'last mile'. Nice to see some new faces and some old friends.
    Thanks Jen and Larry for the stats, and all that posted pictures.
    The main hike was 4.70 miles.
    The trip to the overlook came in at 5.85 miles.

    Expect mostly packed snow and maybe a spot of ice here and there. Nothing too bad. The few hills on the route aren't too bad. Shoes with good traction and hiking poles if you use them should do the job.
