What is the nature of your interest in designing experiences for personal habit development?

No answer yet

Can you share a 5-minute personal story about a successful habit practice that's lasted longer than 100 days? If so, please give us just a quick synopsis!

Most of my effort to change my habit failed/didn't last more than 100 days. And that's also why I'm particularly interested in developing new habits/change behaviors. There's one success story I would probably share. In an event called Iron Professor, I heard a concept called 'temptation bundling' from Katherine Milkman. The concept is bundle something you really enjoy with a change in the behavior you want to have. So for me, I enjoy watching some TV series and want to develop a habit of running in the morning. I set up a rule for myself, only if I run in the morning, I can watch an episode of TV series. For the 3 months when a specific drama was on, I followed this rule quite well.

Which (if any) relevant guest speaker(s) could you contact to speak at a future meetup with whom you already have a personal relationship?

Still new to SF area, but will try hard to get connected and invite some speakers during my stay here.

Which specific host locations (if any) could you contact to host/sponsor a future meetup?

I'll try to talk to Wharton SF campus (2 Harrison St.) to see whether can host an event there. Also can talk to Wharton Healthcare Club and Technology Club to see whether can sponsor any future meet up.
