Can you share a 5-minute personal story about a successful habit practice that's lasted longer than 100 days? If so, please give us just a quick synopsis!

When I wanted to improve my physique and overall energy, I created a 20-minute workout to complete at the beginning of each day. I set a goal to complete the workout each day for a month. My incentive (rather self-serving, I must say) was to take a photo after each workout so I could see my improvement. After the full month, my self-esteem and my overall motivation boosted dramatically. Admittedly, since my original goal was only for a month, I have wavered on completing my workouts. I would like to hear thoughts on how to follow-up with creating achievable habits.

I am really excited to hear from upcoming guest speaker Charles Duhigg. Jim Collins is another author (and former magazine editor) who could bring some valuable business habit insight. Robert Cialdini would bring perspective on behavioral economics and personal persuasive techniques
