Hackspace Manchester Open Evening
Come along to our open evenings to see what we're all about. Have a tour of our community workshop, see what others are working on, discuss projects, and socialise - everyone is welcome. We have a laser cutter, 3D printers, metalworking and woodworking shops, crafts area including sewing, electronics bench, chill out area and hacking tables. At open evenings there is a food order for takeaway which you can join if you have your order in before 7. There's no charge for attending an open evening. We know meeting big groups of people can be scary, so if you'd like a named member to meet you and bring you into the space please email [masked] and we will arrange it. What we're about

Hackspace Manchester is a community-run space for people to work on arts, science, craft and technology projects. We provide a fully fitted workshop for personal and group projects.

We’re based at Wellington House, Pollard Street East (just off the canal). We’re open 24/7 to members, and have open evenings every Wednesday Evening from 7pm, where members and non-members can work on their projects, eat pizza, learn and teach.

Our equipment includes a Laser Cutter, 3D Printers, CNC Machine, Sewing Machine, Metalworking Lathe, Oscilloscopes and Soldering irons, a surprising number of saws and a huge collection of hand tools.

We've been running for a number of years now and many regular members will be attending who won't be RSVPing on here, so rest assured there will be people at the open nights!
