Join us as we come together to contribute to the open source community.
-- BACKGROUND --
In case you are not familiar with Hacktoberfest, it is celebrated across the world during the month of October. Encouraging people to participate in open source projects. This does not mean that you have to be familiar with open source or have a strong coding background. Everyone is welcome!

-- EVENT AGENDA --
18:00 - 18:30 - Networking and Food
18:30 - 18:40 - Introduction presentation and breaking off into groups
18:40 - 20:50 - Hacking away
20:50 - 21:00 - Event summary
** We will start the event at 18:30, so try to arrive on time **
After a brief introduction, we will break off into three groups:
1. New comers who want to get familiarized with Git
2. People who understand what Git is, but don't know how to create a pull request
3. People who have already contributed to open source and just want a space to focus on contributing
Each group will have a dedicated plan for the event in order to let everyone take part of Hacktoberfest.
The first group will participate in a lecture describing what Git is and will get to experience hands on how to open a pull request.
The second group will have a workshop that will guide them on how to open a pull request. This group will later join the third group.
The third group will be split apart into groups based on coding language knowledge and will select several repositories to contribute to.
