Join us on Monday mornings for a "brisk" paced training ride. If you consider yourself and advanced beginner or up you are welcome. The plan is do ride the route with no stops. The goal is to complete the ride in about 2 hours give or take. This works out to around 15-17mph average. With the climbing slowing us down a little, the flats will be done around 18-20mph.
We will do a couple of re-groups at the top of the climbs. The first riders may elect to do a repeat back down to the remaining riders. This has benefits for all...the lead riders get in a little extra work and don't cool off and it serves as a re-group without stopping.

Please print your own route sheet if you think you need one! Especially since this is not a swept ride, it is vital you carry a route sheet if you don't know these areas.

Standard Disclaimer: helmets required, bring food & water, cash, and repair stuff to be self-sufficient. You should be comfortable riding roads with auto traffic and some with little to no shoulder
