1. Our purpose is to share our love of handstands. Our principles are safety, patience and perseverance.
2. This is an open group for everyone asipiring to practice and learn techniques, drills and fun exercises to master handstands! Beginners, Improvers and Master Monkies welcome.
3. Our events are mainly Yoga Class led by one of our Handstanding Yogi's that runs for 60 minutes and includes, a warm-up, a safe and supportive handstand class and flowing yoga practice. Each class will explore and play with different drills and techniques to Master Handstands!
*Some Classes involve interaction with other members, such as helping your fellow handstanding yogi to balance (spotting) or keeping an eye on alignment to help each other learn from our shared experience... in other words classes are "hands on" under the careful guidance of our Teaching Team
