Happiness can be measured and happiness can be taught. Increasing your happiness is possible through tools developed in the science of positive psychology, workshops, courses, books, etc.
The club is free to join and open to everyone with an interest in wellness, health, happiness, flourishing, positivity, therapy, positive psychology and self-improvement.
Happy & Mindful Portland provides an opportunity to meet other enthusiasts and learn from people that improved their happiness levels.
We meet in the Portland, Oregon area and our meetings will always be focused on the practice of positive acts.
