Join us for a fun series of Meet Ups events designed to help you connect with new people in a laid-back atmosphere. At least twice a month, we’ll gather at different downtown destinations to enjoy great conversation and friendly vibes.
Whether you’re looking to make new friends or just want to enjoy a change of pace, these events are all about connecting with the people around you while exploring what downtown has to offer. What to expect: We are bringing some festive fun to the Liberty Street Mercantile basement for this cozy Harrisonburg Meet Up! Snack and beverages brought to you by Chestnut Ridge Coffee Roasters and Magpie Diner. Comfortable seating available to meet and mingle with new people in a laid-back and quiet atmosphere.
December's Harrisonburg Meet Ups are going to have a fun holiday twist. Meet Up participants are invited to bring a wrapped, re-gifted present to exchange. Do you have a candle that doesn't suit your tastes, an ornament that needs a new home, or something weird that you don't know what else to do with? Check those closets and junk drawers for the weird and wacky and bring them to exchange them for something new (to you!). Exchange will begin at 6pm. RSVP is encouraged, but not required.
