Hello all,

A long weekend will arrive!

Let us taste "Hong Kong-Style afternoon tea"! The meal itself is often called"yum cha", which literally means "drink tea".

However, it is not merely drinking tea; it is served with Dim Sum, which is a Cantonese style of cuisine made up of small dishes, usually served with tea.

Instead of one large main course, "Dim Sum" consists of shared plates, such as:
dumplings, buns, rolls, pastries, desserts, and steamed beef balls or crispy squid strips.

Each small dish costs around 6 pounds, with 3 or 4 pieces, and is convenient for people to share:)

A variety of types of tea are present in a big pot, and each pot costs only 50P with unlimited water refilling, including:
Herbal tea: Jasmine, Chrysanthemum
Green tea: oolong tea, Iron Goddess of Mercy
Black tea: Pu er

After that, we will walk along the river to the quayside, then head to an Italian Cafe in a somewhat hidden location near the Riverside Business Studios, where we can sit outside in the Sun for a coffee.

The walk from the restaurant to the Italian Cafe lasts about 40 minutes; therefore, we will get enough walking exercise under the Sun after the HK food experience!

Looking forward to meeting you. cheers:) !

Note: Please sign up ASAP I will need to book a table. thanks.
