The Calm & Connected Women’s Circle is a safe, supportive community for women who want to:

Led by Anabell Arias, LCSW, a therapist specializing in anxiety, trauma, and relationship healing, this group blends gentle guidance with community connection. We’ll gather in circles (virtually or in person) to share, learn, and practice techniques that bring more peace, confidence, and connection into your life.
