Saturday Night Sangha
You are invited to join us at Saturday Night Sangha. We are a peer-led community, mostly in our 20's, 30’s, and 40’s. Most of us are rooted in Buddhism, but our discussions reflect a variety of viewpoints influenced by many different philosophies and faiths.
At each gathering, we are led by an experienced practitioner from our Sangha. We typically begin with forty minutes of meditation, followed by a brief talk and an extended opportunity for group discussion. This allows us to share our paths and learn from each other.
Our ongoing vision is a simple one: to explore the intersection of the Dharma and our lives. If you share this vision, please know that you are warmly invited. Feel free to just show up. We meet every Saturday at East Bay Healing Collective (1840 Alcatraz Ave., Berkeley, CA 94702), from 6:00-7:30pm, and we often end up going out to eat afterward. We are a donation-based group, and no one will be turned away for a lack of funds.
If you have any questions, you are welcome to email Dylan (email@example.com) or Ellen (firstname.lastname@example.org).
