You are welcome to join a community of learners in this 8-week “Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)” course. Tap into your own power to experience a sense of well-being and learn a new approach to handling stress and taking care of “you.”
Who is this course for? MBSR is available to people who want to learn to cope with stress in new ways, practice self-care and live a healthy life fully self-actualized. The course is available to individuals of all backgrounds and professions, including veterans and college students.
For individuals who have experienced short- or long-term stress – Anxiety – Sleep Disorders – Depression – Chronic Illness – Pain

Class Dates: Every Saturday, from September 8 to October 27, 2018.
Time: 9:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Retreat Date: Sunday, October 14, 2018. Time: 8:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
