Our Meet ups with be held Virtually for 45 minutes every Wednesday at 6 P.M. EST
Every Wednesday, I'll be answering your health and fitness questions. We will be working together to generate a system that works exclusively for you and helping you overcome your personal sticking points.
We will also be discussing where you would ideally like to be health and fitness wise as well as what some of your goals are.
