Hi, my name is Phil.

I started this group to meet people who are interested in living a healthy, happy, meaningful lifestyle.

Things we've done in the past are cooking/exercising/hiking/meditating/restaurants.

For me, it's not so important what we do, but more that I like to spend time with like-minded people, so if you're a kind & optimistic, holistic-thinking kind of person, I hope you'll come out to say hi!
