This comprehensive and interactive 2-Day workshop focuses on:

1) raising consciousness around where our food is coming from, and the many challenges we face with regards to our modern industrial agriculture food system

2) learning about the connection between healthy soils and healthy foods

3) discussing health and nutrition, and how what we eat affects our bodies

4) learning how to reduce reliance on our current food system by growing food in whatever space you have- including tips on sprouting, composting, and planting a garden

5) introducing people to meditation and the importance of mental health when building healthy, sustainable communities

We'll be learning, discussing, meditating, making healthy food together that tastes good (gluten & dairy free) , and planting a new garden outside on the 2nd day of the workshop.
