I've started this group to share my passion for living a healthy lifestyle.
The aim of this group is to help people live an inspired life by embracing healthy lifestyles in a fun enjoyable way - let's spread health and happiness!
The typical events I'll be organising can be classified in to 3 key areas:

  • Mind - Coaching/ Mentoring/Therapy, Meditation, Stress Management, Sleeping, Personal development, Work-life balance, Community development and related events.
  • Body - Keeping fit, Sports, Dance, Yoga, Pilates, Massage therapy, Homoeopathy, Acupuncture, Walking & Fitness, and other fun exercise related activities.
  • Habits & Diet - Healthy diet, Cooking, Recipes, Detox, Smoking/Alcohol stopping, et

Events will be hosted in the form of Socials, Talks, Festival/Fairs, Workshops and Health and Wellness treatments and lots of other fun ways of embracing a healthy lifestyle. The regular socials will have a theme so as to keep them productive.
