Welcome to the Heart of the Dharma! We’re glad you joined us!

Our Sunday practice begins with a 20-minute guided meditation followed by a short break for conversation and finishes with a Dharma talk by our teacher, Dana (Kunzang Wangmo).

Dana is also available after practice to meet one on one with anyone who has questions about the Dharma or would like to discuss their practice.

On Sundays, it’s possible to attend either in person at the Compassion and Insight Center in Boise or virtually via Zoom. If you’re interested in attending virtually, please visit the Live Streaming page on our website at https://heartofdharma.org/live-streaming

Please note that most members who attend our meetings don't RSVP on Meetup. So even if it looks like there aren't members attending, there are, and we invite you to join us as well with or without an RSVP.
