About us

Heart X Mind: get-togethers for women in London.

A space for women who are ready for something slower, softer, and more honest than the usual.

We meet in parks, cafes, and quiet rooms across London for in-person women’s get-togethers rooted in nervous system safety, authentic connection, and the kind of presence that’s hard to find anywhere else.

Some of our get-togethers are about speaking. Some are about listening. Some are about sitting in nature together without needing to perform depth. All of them are about coming back to yourself in the company of other women doing the same.

Heart X Mind is a neuroscience-informed approach to identity and emotional wellbeing created by Eva Gandini. It blends somatic work, nervous system regulation, subconscious reprogramming, meditation, and women’s community.

These get-togethers are an extension of that work, offering women in London a chance to experience the principles in a low-pressure, embodied setting.

Whether you’re navigating burnout, transition, self-discovery, or simply tired of feeling unseen, you’ll find women here who get it.

What you’ll find at our get-togethers:
• Small group settings (usually 9 to 12 women)
• Outdoor and indoor venues across London
• A focus on regulation, presence, and authentic expression
• No pressure to share, perform, or be anywhere you’re not ready to be
• Themes ranging from listening circles, somatic practices, women’s healing, sisterhood, picnics in nature, and personal growth conversations

This is a community for self-aware women who are done with surface-level networking and ready for real connection. Whether you’re new to this kind of work or have been on the journey for years, you’re welcome here.

Topics we explore: women’s circles, nervous system regulation, somatic healing, meditation, mindfulness, subconscious reprogramming, identity transformation, sisterhood, authentic connection, personal growth, women’s mental health, emotional wellbeing, self-discovery, women’s wellness, holistic healing, embodiment, sacred space, women’s community London.
