Thank you for joining us for our weekly Heartfulness Meditation session! Heartfulness Meditation is a heart-based meditation practice that encourages meditation upon the heart for two reasons: 1) On a physical level, the heart is the organ that pumps blood to the rest of our bodies; it's what keeps us alive and, 2) On a more essential level, the heart is an inherent source of inspiration and guidance that has much untapped, unused energy.
During this session, a certified trainer will guide you through a full-body relaxation, followed by meditation with transmission.
If this is your first time experiencing Heartfulness Meditation, please ensure you arrive 15 minutes early so that the trainer can orient you to the technique.
