Phong Dinh for awesome authentic viet cuisine incl my deer and boar

We been going to Phong Dinh for years. They have the famous giant baked mekong catfish , the various game meats, the Viet style papaya salad, crabs, lobsters, and those awesome snails in coconut. They recently moved ( actually yesterday)to the new location on Valley. Ironically at a place once held by a Shanghai restaurant we went to. The owners love us and cooked our pheasants last time. This time, Mr Minh , will cook up the deer / venison and also wild boar in lemon grass. This will be a great dinner of some really good authentic viet cuisine. No corkage, and great service and dishes one at a time and just great food. Wines to be festive, as its tis the season. Im stepping up, so hope others will too. Heres andys blog from last time:

    I remember the snails with the awesome coconut sauce. Could you ask them to deep fry the Venison or the Wild boar and serve it with the coconut sauce. That could really be awesome.
