What we’re about
From the early years of Career-Confidence.org (our parent organization) we have had a steady stream of primarily women coming through Career-Confidence.org who have been “victims” of physical and/or emotional domestic abuse.
Robert Brandau, our Founding Director, intervened in 2 situations where the potential for physical harm to himself was a real possibility. Twice, he has had women transfer their frustrations over how another man mistreated them, to Robert himself.
We want women not to see themselves as “victims” but as “heroines” who stand up for what is proper treatment and respect.
