2. DON'T BE INTIMIDATED IF YOU USED TO PLAY BUT DON'T ANYMORE:
Start where you are. We will build you up, help you lose weight, get your jumper and handles back. Swish House's goal is to make fitness fun again. Plus, you are joining a tribe of basketball lovers, most of which are sick of running on a treadmill or working out alone. Most of us are rebuilding our game, our bodies, and jump shot, so don't' be intimidated.
3. FOR ALL LIFELONG BASKETBALL LOVERS:
We are reconnecting basketball lovers to fitness through the game of basketball. To take this fun, fast, group-based classes, one must be able to run, jump, shoot, catch, and pass on a basic JV high school level or higher. If you can't sprint, pass, and shoot with our high-intensity workouts, this fitness class isn't for you.

We don't have enough beginners yet to start a class, if you are interested, please email me. I do 1v1 personal training to get you ready for the group-based classes.
