Where we workout & drink beer!
This workout is at Mindful Brewing in CASTLE SHANNON!
I will be leading the workout which will be structured as the following:
- 10 minute warm up & stretch
- 30 minute HIIT workout
- 10 minute cool down
- 10 minute meditation
Please bring water, a sweat towel, and a yoga mat if you prefer to work out on a mat. Sneakers are recommended for HIIT workouts.
