The Art of Mindfulness: The Antidote to Digital Stress

If screen addiction is a toxin to the spirit, then mindfulness is the antidote.

In a world filled with perpetual bombardment of sensory stimulation and a dependency on screen technologies, the human mind has become locked in fight or flight.

This presentation highlights the importance of mindfulness as a timeless means to rewire the brain for inner peace.

We conclude with a practice demonstration of mindfulness to be learned as a skill for everyday use in the digital world.

Upon the completion of this presentation, participants will be able to:

1. Define the term Digital Toxicity

2. Explain the concept of neuroplasticity

3. Demonstrate the practice of mindfulness.
