Community Yoga at The Blue Crawfish

This yoga class is free upon admission into The Blue Crawfish, from 7pm - 8pm on the south lawn. Bring your mat, towel, bottled water, and high vibes to this exciting and challenging class. Get ready to sweat and stretch the day away. All levels are welcomed. Do it for you!

You do not want to miss this gumbo of a yoga class that incorporates vinyasa style flows, abs and glute work, strength training, and maybe a little cardio. Find your limit and push past it. You can do hard things!

After the yoga class, grab a refreshing beverage and take a dip in the pool or hot tub.
