I believe that fate brought me to the path of self-discovery and higher consciousness. Growing up, I was shy, lacked self-confidence, and had a poor self-image. After I lost my mom in my early adulthood, I lost all hope. Until
A chance encounter with someone into the new-age movement in the 1980s opened doors, leading me down a path of self-discovery where I explored, learned, and experienced my true beauty, power, and intelligence, and, yes, potential. For the first time in my life, I felt hopeful about myself and my future, capable and ready.
Over time, I learned how to integrate my self-discovery pathway, which includes meditation into all aspects of my life and career. I completely transformed into a confident, hopeful tigress, making things happen in my life, succeeding in my career, and connecting deeply within, which allows me to constantly grow in wisdom, love, and happiness.
This meetup group will help support and empower you to reach new heights in your life and career. Whether you struggle with confidence, image, lack of clarity, or need a push to get to the next level, I have vast experience and tools to share with you. So allow me to take your hand, guide and support you in your life and career, and allow yourself to be supported.

I am a certified professional coach (ACC), Professional Project Manager(PMP, CSM), former computer programmer, Entrepreneur, and meditation and mindfulness teacher. My passion for igniting your spark continues to drive me to step out of my comfort zone, which is why I am starting my coaching and seminar company. I want to help you transform, grow into your power, share your gifts, succeed in your life and career, and be soulfully happy. I love athletics, the quietness of nature, the fun of Disneyland, Broadway shows, cooking, and much more. I constantly learn from everything and everyone. I believe I am here to grow and evolve and help others shine their light.
