Saturday 21st June | Rottingdean Loop from Brighton Marina

Celebrate the longest day of the year and International Yoga Day with a soul-nourishing coastal adventure along one of the most beautiful stretches of the South Downs coastline.

This uplifting circular hike combines dramatic white chalk cliffs, panoramic sea views, rolling South Downs landscapes, fresh ocean air, and hidden peaceful spots perfect for movement and breathwork. The route is approximately 11.5 km, taking around 3–4 hours at a mindful pace, with moderate elevation (approx. 170m).

As the sun reaches its highest point and daylight stretches to its fullest, we gather to move, breathe, and celebrate life in nature. Let this be your reset β€” a day to reconnect with your body, your breath, and the powerful energy of summer.

We’ll finish the hike on the beach watching the sunset with a fish & chips ( optional 😁) then heading back to London.
