Hi All:

We had a really nice walk tonight and I really enjoyed the event and everyone's company. A couple of things to clarify to the group as whole. This is everyone, not specific people. Please get on line and change your RSVP to "no" if you are not going to come. It is the courteous thing to do, or RSVP at the last minute if you so chose, that's fine, but I would really appreciate it if you do not mark yourself as coming and then not come. That's why I do not allow "maybe's." It is disruptive to my planning of an event. Please do not come if you have not RSVP'ed, it's not fair to people who actually go through the process. Please do not bring people you have not RSVP'ed for. It's fine to bring people but please get on line and put "plus one" if you are going to be bringing someone. I do plan on reserving the right to chuck people out of the group who "no show" three times if I do not receive an email from them explaining their absence within 48 hours. Everyone clear on this? Thanks -
