Not only are participants responsible for taking precautions for their own safety but are also expected to set good examples. Our walks are in the river valley so a reasonable level of fitness is required considering the terrain and the trails usage by others. We stop at regular intervals so don't worry about be left behind. If you decide to leave the walk, please let us know.
