Holding the space is an opportunity each week to spend some time focusing on you. Each week the theme will be different and will include opportunities to try mindfulness, meditation, writing poems, working on forgiveness, grief, loss, depression, body issues, work/life balance, stress, overwhelm, anxiety and so on.
I am an NLP and EFT Practitioner and I run a successful practice helping clients on a 1:1 basis as well as being an author of books on NLP. I have a specific interest in working with families and at least half of my clients are children and teens.
Tapping works on the same meridians and energetic pathways as acupuncture, clearing the negative energy to leave us feeling calm and strong. It is particularly effective on anxiety and stress so I will guide you through this practice using tapping alongside other techniques.
