I’m building an inclusive community of neighbors and friends who believe that health is about more than just food or physical fitness. This group is perfect for anyone who wants to to improve their health and well-being with holistic practices that support and nourish the mind, body, and spirit. I am a certified holistic nutrition coach, yoga and group fitness instructor, meditation facilitator, and gourmet vegan chef, and I hope to bring all of these skills together to help my community eat and live well! I host weekly fitness classes, as well as digital workshops. I hope to see you soon!
