During our VIP Cooking Class series, we are teaming up with experts, chefs, sommeliers, and special guest appearances to learn deeper on the art of cuisine, world culture and wine appreciation!
We are very happy to initiate the series with Patti Ward covering the Art of Thai Cuisine.
Patti is a native of Bangkok who has been living in the US since 2001. She grew up in a family and culture passionate about food, and she carries that love of Thai cuisine with her to this day. She cooks classics, as well as Americanized versions of Thai dishes, and has created unique twists on foods like her Mango Pad Thai Sauce. Join Patti as she shares her culture and her love of Thai food!
