This demonstration covers water-bath canning equipment, how to select your ingredients, types of pectin, jar packing methods, and step-by-step instructions for producing safe, home-canned products from preparing your jars to processing your final product.
THIS IS A 3 HOUR CLASS AND DOES NOT INCLUDE PRESSURE CANNING.
