Ready to challenge yourself and have some fun? Join us for Push-Up Night — a fast-paced, high-energy session focused entirely on push-ups. No equipment needed. Just show up, move your body, and test your limits.
What to Expect:

  • 🔥 20 minutes of structured push-up sets (all levels welcome!)
  • ⏱️ Timed sets with rest intervals
  • 🏆 Optional challenge: how many can you do?

Who’s it for?
Anyone looking to get stronger, build endurance, or just do something different. Modifications available for all fitness levels — from knee push-ups to advanced variations.
What to Bring:

  • A mat or towel (optional)
  • Water bottle
