Objective:

To understand our reactions to change from the personality perspective.

Time: 90 minutes

Format:

· MBTI© self-assessment · Group activity · Feedback and self-reflection

Expected outcome:

· Better understanding of own reactions and needs during change · Explain how your MBTI© preference may affect the way you perceive change and what you may require to adapt more easily to change. · Understand the process an individual goes through during a period of change.

My brief background:

Over twenty years as a professional manager, career counselor, as well as a learning and development specialist; specialized in soft skill training in the last ten years, with interests in staff performance management and communication skills; currently a postgraduate student in Applied Language Sciences at Polytechnic University, Hong Kong and an accredited MBTI@ Step 1 & 2 Administrator since 2006.
