This is an exhilarating and creative hoop-dance class that increases energy while strengthening and toning the core, back and arms. You will learn various arm and body hoop-dance movements and tie them together into fun routines - all the while burning calories and increasing flexibility in the entire body. Hoop-Dance also has a meditative aspect similar to that of yoga. It allows you to center yourself and gain a greater awareness and appreciation for your body and its capabilities. It is a workout for your body and mind, that doesn't feel like a workout at all!
