Do you love sausage? Throw 'em on the grill on a nice winter evening with some peppers and onions, potaoes ..... Yeah!
I'll show you how to grind your own meat, season it, and then we'll fill the casings, and there-you-have-it! L*I*N*K*S ! There is nothing better than being able to make your own sausage, fresh and tasty, then pack up some in those zip-lock bags or your vacuum-seals for the freezer. Anything goes, duck, venison, beef, chicken, lamb - the list goes on.
For this event, I will have pork that we will make into 2 types of sausage:
- Hot Italian Fennel Sausage
- Hanabero Fruit Sausage
We will cook a few up and afterwards, and everyone can take a couple of each home!
Bring your own beverage of choice, wine or beer to share - it's always appreciated! I will have a light snack, water, tea & ice on hand.
