Goshen Family Chiropractic is offering an Introduction to Mindfulness. A workshop series where you will gain an increased ability to gain presence, a sense of how to cope with stressors, and develop a new practice to fully experience life. This workshop series will be an interactive introduction to the practice of mindfulness, which includes mindfulness meditation, techniques, and information to increase your ability to stay present and be mindful in each moment.

Yin Yoga with Maddie

This one hour class takes place entirely on the ground and is perfect for those who want a subtle and gentle stretch. Yin Yoga brings you to a state of groundedness and full relaxation while still nourishing your body with the movement it desires. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and pillow if you have them.

Restorative Yoga

Goshen Family Chiropractic

• What we'll do Maddie will take the class through specific restorative yoga poses to help relieve stress, tension, and pain in our bodies. This class is donation based and open to everyone. No experience is needed. Please bring a yoga mat or towel, comfortable clothes and an open mind. Space is limited, so please sign up ahead of time. • What to bring yoga mat, blanket, any blocks or bolsters if you have them.
