Gentle Vinyasa Flow: This one hour class will lead you to explore your body and mind through gentle Yoga postures that facilitate an experience to build flexibility and strength in a safe and slow class setting. This class is great for all levels: whether you have never tried Yoga before or you have been practicing for years! The class has options for students recovering from injuries and illnesses as well, making it a great practice for every body!
