1450 S. Pierce St., Denver, 80232, CO
Join us this coming Wednesday evening, December 7th at 7:00 PM,for our first meeting during the month of December. On this day in History, December 7th,in 1941, Pearl Harbor was Bombed at 7:48 AM Hawaiian Time. The attack led to the United States' entry into World War II. We will be honoring this day in history by using "Pearl Harbor Bombing, 1941" as our meeting theme. We will have three prepared, short speeches, as well as evaluations for each speech/speaker. Evaluators will provide feedback, suggestions, and encouragement for each of the speakers.
We will also practice speaking "off the cuff" with different, creative, and shorter, extemporaneous speeches. Along with our speeches and evaluations, we will also share inspirational messages, educational messages, and many jokes.
You are welcome to participate as there is no preparation, nor experience necessary for our spontaneous speeches. However, if you prefer, you are always welcome to just sit back and observe. Whichever you choose, you will learn much, and have lots of fun through the process. We are looking forward to facing our fears of public speaking together, with you, at 7:00 PM, this coming Wednesday evening, December 7th, 2016.
We look forward to seeing you there! ;)
