This is a class for Hula and Tahitian dancing. Each hour is comprised of isolation and muscle strengthening exercises, dance drills, and choreographed Hula and Tahitian dances. This is an excellent fitness exercise class, especially for legs and hips. You will also learn to dance and perform for the dance studio's recitals and showcases. Men and women are welcome! We will dance barefoot. Please wear or bring comfortable clothing so that you can see your leg and hip movements. Ladies may wear a sarong or large scarf around the hips; men may dance in shorts.
