Any and all are welcome at our monthly HumanistsMN Fantasy Book Club! Join us the last Wednesday of every month. Come discuss the book of the month with us -- or listen in and contribute to our frequent meanderings about pop-culture and other passions.

Our book for September is "The Night Circus" by Erin Morgenstern.**

Without warning, Le Cirque de Rêves arrives in town, a circus that only operates at night. Within its walls are two competing magicians, Celia and Marco, bound together in a high stakes challenge. When they fall in love, a love so magical it affects the world around them, their dangerous game becomes even more precarious. From the first page to the last, Morgenstern’s historical fantasy book will captivate you with her seductive and mysterious prose.

Our book club facilitator is Cory Brodeur, HumanistsMN member, who enjoys getting lost in fantasy books, nerdy pop culture discussions, and cats. Cory's goal is to bring people together to bond over fantasy worlds while discussing how we can make positive changes in the real world!

This event is sponsored by HumanistsMN. We are a secular non-profit organization with the goal of bettering our community, connecting with others, promoting educational opportunities, and defending basic human rights.

We are 100% volunteer powered. If you want to help give back, consider becoming a member to help us cover costs and bring together the community. Not ready to join? Donations are gratefully accepted! Join or donate at [HumanistsMN.org](https://humanistsmn.org).
