Should corporations have the same rights as humans?

In January of 2010 the supreme court ruled that corporations may spend without limit on elections, because they have the same rights of free speech as people. As there are now many international mega-corporations, this seems to be an issue that has global implications. Please indicate your level of interest in this issue.
