Chef Lisa Books-Williams Presents

On Wed., Aug. 14 at 6 pm, at the Opera Plaza Community Room, 601 Van Ness, San Francisco, Chef Lisa Books-Williams will be presenting. Chef Lisa's artistry as a raw food chef has been demonstrated as she recently won the Vegan Iron Chef competition, besting such culinary greats as Chef Eric Tucker of Millennium Restaurant, and Philip Gelb, gourmet vegetarian chef in the Eastbay.

Chef Lisa will be demo'ing a raw food specialty, to be announced. Don't miss this great opportunity to see one of the Bay Area's great raw food chefs live and in person as she shows how it is done.

First, enjoy a fabulous vegan dinner designed by another Bay Area great, Patricia Allen Koot, NE, NC. Patricia has developed an outstanding reputation in the Bay Area and beyond, for therapeutic vegan cooking. Many people have commented on the sense of well-being they experience after enjoying her dinners. Come and experience it yourself.

The dinner is totally vegan and totally health-supporting, made without eggs, dairy, honey, oil or added sugars. And, it is all you can eat. Bring a container and take some home with you.

A fifteen dollar requested donation covers the all you can eat vegan dinner, plus the presentation by Chef Lisa. both chefs are donating their time to the community. Funds go toward facility rental, food, transport and other costs.
