Are you looking to spruce up your sex life? Or enhance your relationship? You can increase your sensuality and boost your sexuality. And what you eat can make a real difference. In time for Valentine's Day, Dr. Aum will present the connections between food, sensuality and sexuality. Whether you are a man or a woman, this clearly relates to your health and well-being! Also, at her talk, Dr. Aum will have a special tasting of something that you won't want to miss! Dr. Aumatma Shah, ND, is a graduate of University of Bridgeport, College of Naturopathic Medicine (2006) with a dual Master’s degree in Nutrition. Dr. Aumatma Shah, ND, MS is the developer of the Fertility Success ProgramTM and she currently practices in Silicon Valley and the East Bay and works virtually with long-distance clients. Her practice is focused on working with couples who want to start a family, whether they want to use only the natural approach or they want to work in an integrative setting. Dr. Aum is also a sought out speaker in Holistic Fertility Care. In her past notables, Dr. Aum founded the Karma Clinic Network- a service based, volunteer network for gift-economy health practitioners. More info about her and her services can be found at

Before her talk, enjoy a delicious vegan dinner which will complement Dr. Aum's lecture. Planned by a certified Nutrition Consultant, this dinner is not only totally vegan and made without eggs, dairy, honey, oil or added sugars. But it goes beyond that. Patricia includes important micronutrients to help you maximize the health benefits of a vegan diet. This is not restaurant fare. Quality natural, organic, non-GMO ingredients and food items are used, not bulk restaurant supplies. And there is no 'cheaping out' on the menu items. Everything is house-made from scratch. Many people comment on the feeling of well-being they experience after enjoying Patricia's dinners. And, how delicious they are! Including her specialty vegan cakes made without oil, sugar or baking powder.

And, the dinner is all you can eat! Bring a container and take some home with you. Location is the Opera Plaza Community Room, 601 Van Ness, San Francisco. Take the elevator to the first floor, then Security will key you down to the mezzanine for the event.

And the cost? Not restaurant prices! And not the so-called 'underground restaurant' charges such as $50. or $60. per person! A fifteen dollar requested donation covers the all you can eat vegan dinner plus the lecture. Both the Nutritionist and the Doctor are donating their time. Funds go toward facility rental, food, transport and other items.
